Well here I am on the 2nd of January and completely without resolutions.
Mainly, because I haven’t had a chance to think, review or otherwise plan. I’m guessing that’s more likely to happen after Li’l Bhaji goes back to nursery and Akra Jr to school.
The last week has been pretty lazy with the kids mostly entertaining themselves until we fancied joining in with a board game, or a chat, or (yesterday) a day out to the zoo. It’s been very relaxing. It’s also extremely rare for me, as I have a habit of scheduling every last minute of the day, which is great for getting things achieved, but there is a tendency to feel that everything is a chore to be ticked off.
So maybe that’s my resolution. For the time being, anyway. Cut back drastically on the stuff that doesn’t matter. Do more things just because I feel like it at the moment. Cut myself some slack.
If I don’t actually achieve anything by the end of 2008… it doesn’t actually matter.

That sounds like a resolution that would be easy to keep, enjoyable actually.
Filter out the rubbish from your life and concentrate on the important stuff – like playing your Wii ;)

Never mind the rubbish – enjoy the boys whilst they are still young – and shorter than you!!

That’s the best resolution I’ve heard. I wish I’d thought of it ;)

Beleve me, when you have to stand on the second stair to look your son in the eye, then life becomes difficult!!

Paula: exactly – the last thing I need is Wii guilt to go with the Wii Shoulder ;)
Miss L: heh… I can imagine!
Ys: you know, imitation is said to be the sincerest form of flattery. Go for it ;)
