What with the camera, the gameboys, the mobile, various remote control cars and now the new lightbox, I am awash with chargers. They all sit in one big tangled lump in a corner by the plug sockets.
Trying to work out which charger you need in any given situation and discover both ends is like those puzzles you had as a kid where you had to trace the line with your finger through the muddle.
There’s got to be a more sensible method of organising them, but how? Any tips?

I have recently acquired several chargers with the velcro straps to them. I am disciplining myself to coil them up and use the straps. I am also going to try and figure out a way to make straps for the ones without and perhaps using the name tag tape that we used to use for labelling school things to attach labels to each strap so it is easy to see which is which. At the very least having them coiled makes it easier to find both ends of the one you need and stops them getting into knots round each other.

Anabels has made the suggestions I was going to offer. Rubber bands or wire ties are a short-term option. Of course, you realise just who’s going to be the only one to keep things tidied up!

I keep all mine seperate just cos I know I’d tangle them all up other wise. I think that’s a lazy person’s advice on your problem ;)

Oh I am *liking* that cord box the best – the wooden one where you can shut the lid on all the chargers… am guessing that was a homemade project though (and requires more woodworking skills than Akra and I have).
Hmm… maybe I can mock up something similar with cardboard…
