Scribble

4th September 2007 · No Comments

It’s been a while since I posted a silly game, and you’ve probably all become really productive now. So just to wreck that, I shall point you in the direction of Scribble – a fun little game reminiscent of Lemmings, only you have to draw lines to save your little ink blots.

Simple premise, tricky game.

Enjoy!

It’s a weird sort of day today – neither one thing nor the other.

The weather can’t make up whether it’s going to be rainy, sunny… windy or still and I’ve taken the washing in and out more times than the hokey cokey.

Li’l Bhaji’s term has started and he went to nursery this morning, but Akra Jr’s school doesn’t go back until tomorrow.

The house isn’t as much of a bomb site as it was on Saturday when we came back from holiday, but it’s still fairly chaotic.

The grocery shopping I ordered online doesn’t arrive until tomorrow evening, so I’m still in “cobble stuff together from stuff we have in the freezer” mode.

I still can’t find my front door key, so am currently using the spare that had been given to the estate agent – still complete with the temporary tag they attached to it. I feel like an interloper to my own life.

Time for a cuppa. I can sort out the world tomorrow.

The Return

1st September 2007 · 6 Comments

Back off holiday. The lounge looks like a small bomb has gone off. I have just finished cleaning the folding camper. I hate this bit of the holiday.

More frustratingly, I’ve lost my USB key drive which has all my passwords and important files on. I remember putting it away before going, thinking “here will be safe – no-one will think of looking in here if they break in”.

Unfortunately, it’s so safe that I can’t think of where it is either.

Arse.
