Our garden is getting swampy again – it was awful over winter.
We’re in the middle of trying to put up a shelter for all the rabbit cages (both to protect the cages and do away with tarpaulins all around them, and also so that I can clean them out without getting soaked!) but for the last month weekends have been rained out and putting up corregated roof sheeting is impossible.
And yes, there’s bound to be another hosepipe ban…

Hey Pewari when did you move up to Scotland…oh wait, you mean your getting enough rain to want to swap car for a boat too?

Actually it has been pretty dreich here too but nothing like what is happening south of the border.

These isles have always flooded, but as you rightly said if there is nowhere for the water to go because the plains have been built on then what do people expect. The government say they will build more and more houses so this will only get worse.

Time to move into one of those Dutch designed floating houses!

I completely understand why you dislike religion in schools at a young age .. no wait, I’m agnostic. lol

We had a little bit of flooding, but nothing major. The closest our house got to being wet was leaving a door open and the rain came in. We have had no real rain for a few days now though. I feel sorry for everyone who sees that all day.
